Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum, however, if you are using certain coupon codes there may be a minimum purchase required before you can use the discount.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to any country which allows the importation of our merchandise, provided we can verify the identity and address of the cardholder. Alpha Factor items cannot be shipped internationally. Shipping charges can be reduced if you are paying by American Express money order, drawn on a US bank and payable in US funds.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR FOREIGN DELIVERIES:
Note: Shipping charges for foreign deliveries will be a minimum of $25.00 US and will be added to your order as we process it in our office. If the shipping charge will exceed $35.00 US we will require your approval prior to shipping your order. We obtain a certificate of mailing for all packages. Due to our lack of control and inability to track shipments through foreign postal services, this certificate and/or customs # are to be accepted as our PROOF OF DELIVERY for any claims arising regarding an undelivered package. If you require an insured international shipment, we will ship via FedEx only. Please keep in mind that FedEx is very expensive to overseas destination, and they may not deliver to all countries. Brokerage fees may also apply. These are out of our control and are to be paid by the addressee if required.

Customs/VAT charges are not included in our billing and may be imposed by some countries.

Can I get a catalog mailed to me?
Although we do not print our own catalogs, you may request one directly from GK, Alpha Factor or Motionwear. The cost of printing catalogs would prevent us from selling at discount prices.

How do I determine my size?

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa & Amex. You may submit your details via the secure shopping cart, or you may mail your credit card order. If you choose to mail your information, please be sure to first submit your order via the online shopping cart and select the "Print and Call" payment option. We do not accept credit card numbers over the telephone.

Do you accept Pay-Pal?
Yes, we do accept Pay-Pal drawn on non-credit card funds only. Process your order via the shopping cart and select "PAY PAL" as your payment method.

How long does processing or delivery take?
In stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

In transit times will vary. UPS Ground takes 1-5 business days, Priority Mail takes on average 2-4 business days to most areas. Please note that the Postal Service does not guarantee delivery times and some areas will take slightly longer. Special order items require 4-10 weeks on average for shipment. BACKORDERS: We are sometimes out of stock on items. We have shipments coming in every week. Backordered items will require an additional week or two. Shipping of backorders, however, depends on the manufacturer's production capabilities. If an item is on backorder, we will hold the entire order and ship all items together in one shipment unless you request multiple shipments. There may be an additional charge for this service.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes. All shipments to APO/FPO address will automatically be shipped via USPS Priority Mail regardless of any other option you may have selected. UPS and FedEx cannot ship to these addresses.

Do you ship overnight?
We can accommodate Overnight & 2 Day shipping on in stock items. We are now using FedEx as our Overnight and 2 Day carrier. FedEx calculates BUSINESS DAYS for delivery purposes. If you request Saturday delivery, please indicated so in the Special Instructions section during checkout. There is an additional $10.00 for Saturday deliveries. This charge will be added as we process your order, but only if you request Saturday Delivery. This is not our charge, it is what FedEx charges us. Pricing options will be listed during checkout.

Can I return items?
Yes. You may return items after submitting a request for a Return Authorization by clicking on the link on our page. There are conditions including but not limitied to:
1) The original tags are still attached and not ripped, torn cut, damaged.
2) The item is in saleable condition.
3) You include a copy of your sales receipt.
4) Your return is made within 30 days of shipment to you.
5) Item is unworn, unaltered, and has not had alterations attempted..
6) Shipping charges are not refundable.
7) Items sold as "Closeout" or "Final Sale" are not refundable. Items purchased via eBay are not refundable.
8) Returns are processed with a 10% restocking fee. If you would like to exchange for another item, you will be credited at the merchandise purchase price provided all other return conditions have been met. Shipping fees are not refundable.
9) A RETURN AUTHORIZATION is necessary before sending returns. Do not ship a return until you have processed an online request and we have emailed you a PDF containing your RA/Shipping Label. Packages received without an RA attached will be refused. Shipments made in Priority Mail Flat Cardboard Envelopes will be refused. Please be sure to use an appropriately sized box for your return. We cannot be responsible for returns made to an unauthorized address.

NOTE: SPECIAL ORDERS may not be returned for a refund. CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. THEY ARE MANUFACTURED ESPECIALLY FOR THE CUSTOMER.

Tell me about clearance items.
Clearance items are just that. They are limited to in store stock. There are no reorders available. They are all first quality items which we (or the manufacturer) have recently discontinued. Sizes are limited and stock changes daily. First order received prevails. We try to update the web site regarding available sizes daily, however, this is a big task and sometimes we fall behind - especially on weekends.

It is possible that we will not be able to ship some items you order from clearance pages. If you do not want to receive a partial shipment, you must write "All or Nothing" in the Special Instructions section during checkout.

A Note about foiled fabrics
Foiled fabrics are "fragile". Due to the nature of them, they are subject to fading, dulling, cracking, peeling, etc. This process can be hastened by improper washing and handling. Also, the more the item is worn, and the more abraision it receives during workouts, the sooner you will start to see wear. This is a normal process and is considered an acceptable risk when purchasing foiled fabrics. They are fashionable, but please understand there is no warranty or guarantee as to how long your foiled leotards will remain shiny.

Can I fax or mail my order in?
No. We no longer accept faxed orders. All orders should be placed via our shopping cart system. Your order can be processed more efficiently if you use this system. If you would prefer to mail your credit card information, please use the shopping cart to process your order and select the "Print and Call" option as your method of payment. E Be sure to click the "FINALIZE" button or your order will not be processed. You will receive a pre-confirmation via email. If you do not receive an email from us, you may have entered an invalid email address or your mail controls may prevent your receiving mail from us. If we cannot contact you via email, we cannot process your order.

What are the shipping fees?
Shipping charges for domestic deliveries start at about $7.00 for the first 2 items depending on the destination and weight. You will be offered a choice of shipping method. You must enter a COMPLETE shipping address for the shipping calculator to work properly.

Items shipped outside the US are handled on an individual basis. There is a minimum shipping charge of $25.00 on foreign orders. If the charge will be higher than $35.00 we will request an authorization from you prior to shipping your order. Shipping rates will be calculated based on weight and destination. Customs/VAT charges are not included in our billing and may be imposed by some countries.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars.

Returns after Christmas?
We will accept returns after Christmas on items purchased or shipped after Nov. 15. You will have 14 days after Christmas to process an exchange or return. Remember, our policy is that returns are processed at a 10% restocking fee, exchanges are at the price you paid. All other return requirements regarding tags, condition, etc. must also be met. Returns must be processed via the Return section on our site, and must be postmarked by January 8.

I recived the wrong item. What now?
We are only human, and sometimes we do make mistakes in shipping. If the error was ours, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping envelope and ship you the correct item whenever possible, at our expense. If the error was yours, you will be responsible for return shipping and reshipping fees. All we ask is that you please be respectful when you contact us.

Not a question, but a statement that needs to be made. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, exhibits the potential to be detrimental to our business. This includes, but is not limited to, orders we feel may be fraudulent or pranks, persons with an abnormal return history, persons with a history of non-payment, persons with a history of illegitimate chargebacks, and persons who we feel are unreasonable, rude, or otherwise obnoxious (and you know who you are!).
