Just a reminder: Our Privacy Policy does NOT extend to those who commit fraud against us. Fraud includes persons who issue unfounded chargebacks and do not make good on their account in a reasonable time period. Faud also includes many other forms of activities which are meant to garner free merchandise, including, but not limited to placing orders for which you did not intend to pay. Persons submitting repeated orders and failing to mail payment are considered to have attempted to commit fraud against our company. Persons who attempt to return old, used, worn, damaged items for a refund are considered to have attempted to defraud our company. Persons who process excessive returns are considered to have attempted fraud and will be denied service. Names, addresses and personal information of those who have attempted to defraud our company may be posted here, reported to credit bureaus and credit card issuers, law enforcement agencies, investigative service companies, collection agencies and our business associates, affiliates and contacts, etc. We will share this information in an attempt to collect debts, and to try to prevent future fraudulent activity against us and others. If you owe us money you will be notified and given one last chance to settle your account before your name is posted here. If there was an attempt to commit fraud using a stolen, invalid or otherwise compromised credit card, your name will be posted immediately.
