Please read our Return Policy before sending a return.

You must use the Return Authorization Label provided to you via email. This will be in the form of a PDF attachment which will be sent to you via email.

EXCHANGES in 30 days with copy of receipt (customer keeps original) and ENTIRE original TAGS ATTACHED, UNWORN, UNUSED, UNALTERED & IN SALEABLE CONDITION. All items are shipped in a plastic covering. This covering must be replaced and the item must be returned in a suitably sized envelope or box. Any item returned to us in a Flat Rate Priority Mail (cardboard) envelope, or any other flat cardboard envelope will be refused upon delivery. Stuffing clothing into this type of mailer may damage the garment and we cannot accept it. . We cannot accept returns if tags have been removed. Please try on all garments before removing tags. Please wear undergarments when trying on apparel. Exchange credits will be made based on the purchase price of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

NOTE: Items returned for a refund rather than an exchange for another item are subject a 10% restocking fee. Items returned for an exchange of size, color or style will be credited at the purchase price provided all other return requirements are met. You must have an RA attached to the package or it will be refused. Shipping charges are not refundable. This return policy helps keep our prices low.
• Custom, Team/Group and Special Orders are not returnable.
• Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
• Items in our Closeout / Clearance Sections or items marked as Final Sale are not refundable.
They may be exchanged only.
• eBay items are not refundable. They may be exchanged for credit toward another item.
• Special Order items are not refundable, and are subject to a 10% surcharge if returned for an exchange.
• Refunds for less than $5.00 will be held as a merchandise credit.
• Merchandise credits held on file for more than 6 months will be subject to a $1.00 per month service charge. (Effective June 1, 2005)
• We recommend shipping your return with a tracking number and insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.
• Be sure to ship your return to the authorized return address only. We cannot be responsible for mislabeled shipments or shipments made to any alternate address.

We suggest you check with others at your gym, school or rink to see if they may want to buy the item you wish to return. This can save you money on return shipping and/or restocking fees.

REFUNDS Returns for a refund must meet all other return requirements, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.A RA must be attached or it will be refused.

Note: We cannot offer discount pricing if our customers fail to follow our return guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation.

Beading, stoning, embroidery, resizing or any other alteration voids any warranty the manufacturers may offer. Glues and adhesives vary widely and some may damage fabric. If you are adorning your garment in any way, please be sure to read all manufacturer's instructions and be sure to test the fabric you are decorating to be sure you will have no adverse reactions. We accept no liability for damage to fabrics. Items which have been altered (or alteration attempts) will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
